Laughter is no joke! Laughter is strong medicine for mind and body. This blog is dedicated to poking fun at myself as a personal trainer, fitness enthusiast, and the fitness industry in general.
Sometimes my videos and posts were intended for serious instructions as a series of episodes on how to get motivated to diet and exercise. but just turned out to be downright goofy.
So, I hope you laugh along with me, as I poke fun at myself and what I do.

Fwd: UPMC Emergency Notification Water Alert UPDATE
The Allegheny County Department of Health has informed us of changes regarding the PWSA boil water alert in the City of Pittsburgh. PUH, MUH, WPIC, and Magee now affected.
Moving forward we have been advised that all City of Pittsburgh-based facilities should NOT use water for hand-washing or food preparation until further notice. More potable water and hand sanitizer will be delivered to our hospitals and physician practices.
Additional clarification on hand-washing and clinical/visitor care will be updated on Infonet.
We will continue to keep patient safety at the forefront.
One of my friends send me this text : Not sure I found that amusing. Be careful because people might watch it and believe it and could injure themselves from doing that. I know u meant it in good fun but some people are dumb enough to believe it. Maybe put up a subtitle "don't try this at home".
